Build Engaging Content
Easily build your own induction modules. The modules provide a structure for you, and all you need to do is add in your content page by page. Simply include text, dot points, images and video. Create your own questions with multiple choice answers.
For example, you might want to have an induction for onboarding workshop employees. You could include modules for Starting Employment, Manual Handling, Emergency Evacuation, Policies & Procedures, PPE, Forklift Safety, etc.
Once your modules are done, all you need to do is link them to an induction, and assign the inductions to your team.

Inductability has module version control to allow for easy management and tracking of content changes.
A PDF certificate is issued on completion of each induction as well as a more detailed document to comply with safety audits.
Get Compliant, Stay Compliant
You can nominate how often refreshers need to be done for each induction and they will be auto-assigned prior to the required completion date.
Email notifications are sent when inductions are complete and again when refreshers are due. You can control who should receive notifications and the frequency of refreshers.
Simple to Use
The Inductee can only complete the induction if they answer all questions correctly.
As you can see in the video, if they don’t get something right, they can review the content and try again.
Each inductee can easily see their progress on all inductions assigned to them.
Security
Your data is stored on Australian servers and protected with multifactor authentication. Your business can configure your own users, permissions, and assignment of inductions. Each employee has their own login and can easily see what inductions they are required to complete. Only the safety officer can see the status of all inductions.
